asked the Minister of Transport if the Welsh language version of the Highway Code has yet been published, and if so in what quantities; and what measures of distribution have been, or are to be, adopted.

No. A proof of the Welsh version of the Code is now with the translator for examination. My right hon. Friend hopes to make it available free of cost in Post Offices throughout Wales in the near future.
