§ 75. Mr. Bramallasked the Minister of Health whether he will reconsider the upper limit of earnings which may be received by dentists without deduction under the National Health Service in those areas where the small number of dentists in proportion to the population necessitates treatment of abnormally large numbers of patients.
§ Mr. BevanNo. The present limit allows full rates for 42 chairside hours a week, an increase of over 25 per cent. on the 33 hours a week after which the Spens Committee considered that loss of efficiency usually set in.
