§ Mr. J. EdwardsDiscussions arising out of the obligations imposed upon the Administrator under Section 117 (d) of the Economic Co-operation Act have been taking place from time to time over a period of nine months. No obligations can be laid on His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom by the Economic Co-operation Act, and the second part of the Question does not therefore arise.
