§ Mr. G. Thomasasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware of the conditions under which weekly leave is granted at isolation hospitals; and whether he will recommend hospital authorities to arrange some rota for the convenience of nurses.
§ 82. Sir W. Smithersasked the Minister of Health under what authority free nylon stockings, uniform of an up-to-date pattern and hotel type accommodation are being offered as recruiting incentives to nurses by nine London hospitals at Bermondsey and Southwark, particulars of which have been sent him; and what is the cost to the taxpayer.
