§ 33. Mr. N. Macphersonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will publish the findings of the East African Air Transport Advisory Board on the complaint made by Clair-ways, Limited, against B.O.A.C. on the ground of under-cutting of fares and intended duplication of services in violation of the conditions on which B.O.A.C. was granted a licence to operate on the Nairobi-Aden route; and whether he will also publish the recommendations that the Board made to the Air Authority of the High Commissioner, at least in a summarised form.
