§ Mr. ShinwellAt the present time it is possible to carry out only a small part of the long-term plan for improving the accommodation at all anti-aircraft practice camps. Within the limitations imposed by shortage of labour and other difficulties, everything possible is being done to improve the existing facilities at Bude practice camp.
