§ Mr. BevanNo, Sir. The maximum rent of a new house constructed under licence must be approved by the local authority and in such cases are not by virtue of section 1 (7) (b) of the Landlord and Tenant (Rent Control) Act, 1949, subject to review by a rent tribunal.
