Mr. T. WilliamsAll sheep owners are directed to deliver their wool to authorised collectors, who make payment as soon as the value has been established, usually within ten days after delivery. If the hon. and gallant Member knows of any specific case of undue delay in payment, and will send me the full details, I will gladly look into it.
