§ 128. Mr. Stokesasked the Minister of Education whether his attention has been called to sub-paragraph 11 of the booklet published by his Department, called "The School Record Card," wherein it is stated that the cards are confidential and should never under any circumstances be shown to the parents, and 320W present time, particularly in view of the problem of juvenile delinquency, the maintenance of an effective Youth Service is a necessity.
