§ 130. Mr. Boyd-Carpenterasked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether his attention has been drawn to the case at Broughton, Lancashire, in which petrol coloured white was found to give a similar reaction to chemical tests to red petrol containing the chemicals prescribed by him; and whether, in view of the risk of conviction of innocent people resulting from this occurrence, he is taking steps to prevent its recurrence.
