§ Commander Nobleasked the Minister of Health whether he will make retrospective the arrangements by which urgent cases who were prescribed spectacles after the middle of April may obtain them quickly.
§ Mr. BevanThese arrangements have been made by the optical trade but I understand that in individual cases of special urgency they can be applied retrospectively. It is for the optician to apply for priority in any particular case.
