§ Mr. Edgar Granvilleasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he is prepared to reconsider his refusal of an increased petrol allowance to Mr. V. J. Chapman, of Down Row, Debenham, Suffolk, in view of the fact that Mr. Chapman put his savings into his garage, but now finds he is unable to make a living owing to the fact that he has not sufficient petrol to fulfil all his orders.
