§ 12. Mr. Warbeyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is satisfied that the Italian Government are fully observing the terms of Annex IV to the Peace Treaty, particularly in regard to the equal use of the German and Italian languages in public offices in the South Tyrol.
§ Mr. MayhewAnnex IV of the Treaty of Peace contains the provisions of an agreement freely entered into by the Italian and Austrian Governments. I have no reason to suppose that the Italian Government are not carrying out this agreement.
