HC Deb 14 December 1949 vol 470 c275W
Mr. Lyttelton

asked the Minister of Health why a material known as "Fibrecored Steel," a substitute for bricks and timber, has been rejected by his Department in connection with the building programme.

Mr. Bevan

Proposals for the use of this material have never been accepted as technically sound, as has been explained in the letter to the right hon. Member on 8th July, 1949.
