§ Mr. SilkinI am aware of the protests which have been received against these proposals. As I explained in reply to a previous Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Caernarvonshire (Mr. Goronwy Roberts) on 28th June, the promoter's intention is to submit the proposals to Parliament in a Private Bill. I am keeping in touch on the matter with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Fuel and Power.
