§ Mr. H. WilsonAll restrictions on the use of paper for books, including scientific works, were removed in March last. Scientific journals dealing with original research have been allowed their full re-230W quirements since February, 1948, and the permitted paper consumption of other scientific journals, which has regularly been on a higher scale than that allowed to general periodicals, was increased by 50 per cent. in July last.
