Member for Lewes (Major Beamish) on 21st November last, which related to158W fees paid to counsel acting as judge advocate and prosecutor in British Military Courts. It is not possible to isolate that part of the expenses attributable to war crimes work. In addition, fees of £106,122 and 'expenses of £3,431 were paid to British counsel in connection with the Nuremberg and Tokyo trials
