Mr. Vaneasked the Postmaster-General if, in view of the differing rates paid by the Post Office and the electricity authorities as acknowledgment rent for poles and stays to carry overhead lines compulsorily across agricultural land, he will in consultation with the Minister of Fuel and Power and the Minister of Agriculture arrange a common rate of payment at the earliest opportunity.
