Mr. Warbeyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer why, in view of his policy with regard to bonus shares, he has permitted the Capital Issues Committee to sanction the distribution of £2,943,140 in the form of 4½ per cent. preference shares to the stockholders of the Ford Motor Company of Great Britain.
