§ Mr. J. EdwardsThe supply position of utility shirts has improved during 1949. Further improvement is dependent upon an increased output of cloth so that all home and export demands for the cloth may be met. We are considering whether the increases in the maximum prices of some utility cotton cloths and the decreases in others, which came into force in October, call for any corresponding changes in the maximum prices for utility cotton shirts.
