§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Health what were the total costs of the lawsuit unsuccessfully brought by him to gain possession of £6,000 bequeathed by Mrs. Alicia Kellner to the Royal Cancer Hospital.
§ Mr. BevanNo legal proceedings were instituted by me. The matter came before the court on a summons taken out by the executor of Miss Kellner's will to construe its provisions in the light of the provisions of the National Health Service Act, 1946. I am not in a position to state the costs of the proceedings, which were ordered to be paid out of a proportion of the estate and have not yet been taxed.
