Fletcherasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that a lady of Bury, Lancashire, who has been a patient in mental hospitals, is being prevented from receiving payment of money to which she is entitled according to an order of the local magistrates, as she has been considered unable to furnish a valid receipt and the local welfare services committee decline to receive it on her behalf; and what is to be done in such cases.
