§ Mr. TomlinsonDuring the 1948–49 session 124 technical or commercial colleges offered instruction in management subjects including foremanship. In answer to the second part of the Question I would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave to the hon. Member for Mosley (Sir P. Hannon) on 3rd March last.
