Wakefieldasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps he is proposing to take to prevent a recurrence of electors being disenfranchised through failure by His Majesty's Stationery Office to deliver the necessary forms in time; and whether he will give financial aid to electors disenfranchised in this way to meet the costs of appealing to the county court under Section 70 of the Representation of the People Act, 1948.
