§ Mr. StracheyDuring the last six months for which statistics are available 89.2 per cent. of the flour and almost 100 per cent. of the oatmeal consumed in the United Kingdom was home milled. As regards the second part of the Question, all home-grown wheat and oats sold off farms is already being fully utilised for human or animal food.
