§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsThere is no general prohibition against the importation into Malta of any periodicals published in the United Kingdom. There are powers arising out of local legislation under which individual postal articles which are indecent, obscene, impious, seditious or grossly offensive may be detained by the Postmaster-General of Malta on the authority of the Minister in charge of his Department.
