§ Mr. J. GriffithsI would refer my hon. Friend to Regulation 9 of the National Insurance (Overlapping Benefits) Provisional Regulations, 1948 (S.I. 1244), which sets out in detail the position of persons in hospital. These regulations are still under consideration by the National Insurance Advisory Committee.
