§ Sir R. Rossasked the Minister of Health what arrangements he has made for those registered under the National Health Acts of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, respectively, when in that portion of the United Kingdom to which the Act under which they are registered does not apply.
§ Mr. BevanSo far as Great Britain is concerned, the benefits of the National Health Service are fully available to persons from any parts of the United Kingdom or elsewhere. As regards Northern Ireland, where the Health Service is provided under an Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland, I understand that arrangements have been or are being made for the service to be available to persons normally resident in Great Britain.
