§ Mr. MayhewThe article by Dr. F. Kessler to which the hon. Member refers was produced by the Central Office of 195W Information primarily for Switzerland and India. As a careful factual survey it was considered by the British Information Services to be suitable for use in the United States. British Information Services paid no fee to Dr. Kessler. It is part of the duty of British Information Services to supply material calculated to inform opinion in the United States of America on measures approved by Parliament.
