106. Major Lloydasked the Minister of Education why the pamphlet on U.N.E.S.C.O. issued by his Department omits important references to the auditor's report and irregularities concerning the accounts which are contained in a report on U.N.E.S.C.O. recently published by the United States Government.

He will find the same reference on page 28 of the pamphlet relating to the Second Session, published by H.M. Stationery Office, of which I am sending him a copy.
