HendersonWhile the manner in which charges will be made for the supplies and services furnished by the R.A.F. for the U.S. bombers in this country has been provisionally agreed with 111W the U.S.A.F., the detailed arrangements have yet to be concluded. In general payment will be in cash but some stores issued to the U.S.A.F. may be replaced in kind. All arrangements will be on the principle that the U.S.A.F. will meet any additional expense caused to this country by their presence.
