§ 93. Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Postmaster-General what is the sum accruing to the Treasury from the receipts from the issue of broadcast receiving licences and not paid to the B.B.C. and the amount deducted to cover Post Office expenses, respectively, on account of the year 1947–48.
§ Mr. Wilfred Paling£1,575,417 accrued to the Exchequer and £670,390 was reserved to cover Post Office expenses.
