§ Mr. BevanThe actual payments made for dental treatment under the National Health Service Act, 1946, including the supply of dentures, up to 30th September, 1948—the latest date for which figures are available—amounted to £1,232,057. This figure does not include the cost of dental treatment provided through the hospital service.
