§ Mr. BarnesI have already announced that Lieut.-Colonel Edmund Davies, K.C., has accepted my invitation to be chairman of the Transport Users' Consultative Committee for Wales. Nominations for the Committee from the national bodies representative of the interests concerned are being invited.
