§ Mr. G. R. StraussThis post was approved too late to be included in the 157W 1946–47 Estimates but has been shown in later Estimates. No Supplementary Estimate was presented for the reasons stated in the Second Report from the Committee of Public Accounts, Session 1947–48. Treasury approval of the payment of the rate was given on 4th September, 1946.
