§ Mr. StracheyI would refer my hon. Friend to the statements I made to the House on 20th September and 1st November, 1948. Fat allocations to new fish friers in Aberdeen are made on the same basis as for the rest of the country. The normal fat allocation for a new business is 4 cwt. per eight weeks.
