§ 62. Mr. Yorkasked the Minister of Health whether he will take steps to provide for the supply free of charge of medicines and drugs prescribed by school medical officers at school clinics.
§ Mr. BevanI understand that medicines supplied at a school clinic would be supplied without charge. If the school medical officer thinks a pupil requires other medicines, he can refer the patient to his National Health Service doctor, who could prescribe for free supply under the Service.
