Mr. Creech JonesPolice reserves are not maintained in all Colonies, but several have a reserve force either in the form of special constables or otherwise. Some months ago Governors were asked to review the strength and efficiency of their Police Forces, and to take all measures necessary to enable them to deal with any task with which they may be faced.
