§ 28. Mr. Warbeyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will give a list of, or otherwise define by category, the persons who will in no circumstances be permitted to share in the future ownership of the Ruhr coal, iron and steel industries.
§ Mr. MayhewIt is not possible to say more at this time than that the Allied Military Government will not permit the return to positions of ownership and control of those persons who have been found, or may be found, to have furthered the aggressive designs of the National Socialist Party.
