67. Mr. De la Bèreasked the Minister of Food whether, notwithstanding the de-rationing of jam, he will continue the allowance of sugar to housewives who are desirous of manufacturing their own jam at home, to prevent those who endeavour to assist themselves in this manner from being penalised.
