§ Mr. StracheyThe limiting factor in the output of fish meal is the supply of fish waste for processing. This is entirely dependent upon the volume of fish landed. The question of the removal of the financial advantage on the heading of fish at sea is under consideration, as I told the hon. Member for Salisbury (Mr. J. Morrison) on the 8th November.
