§ Mr. G. R. StraussUnder contracts with the U.S.S.R. 55 gas turbine engines were sent to that country between December, 1946, and January, 1948. In accordance with normal procedure, two Russian inspectors were authorised to check the final assembly, testing and packing of these engines during the period March to October, 1947. These contracts have now been fulfilled and no further deliveries are contemplated.
