HC Deb 02 November 1948 vol 457 cc51-2W
Mr. Platts-Mills

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether clarification has been reached with the Administrator of the European Recovery Programme as to the possible effect on British export trade of the obligation resting upon him to refuse delivery to countries participating in the Marshall Plan of any commodities which go into production for redelivery to any non-participating country; and what arrangements will be made to publish a list of such commodities

Mr. Bottomley
