§ Sir R. Glynasked the Minister of Town and Country Planning whether any conclusions have been reached in the negotiations between the Berkshire County Council and the councils of the county district councils in regard to the delegation of certain powers under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947; and when is it likely that he will be able to approve the scheme jointly submitted.
§ Mr. SilkinCertain amendments to the scheme largely of a formal character have been under discussion with the county council since they submitted it. I am told that I may expect to receive from the county council the revised agreement very shortly and accordingly hope to be in a position to approve it before the end of this month.
