§ Mr. H. WilsonI assume the hon. Member refers to the Standstill Orders which came into force on 3rd May. Increases above the prices charged in the basic period have been authorised in the case of cotton cloth, travel and fancy goods made wholly or mainly of leather and certain paper goods. I am unable to estimate the annual amount of these increases.
