§ Mr. RobensI think that my hon. Friend has been misinformed. I understand that in the case in question the defendant was charged not with acquiring the motor fuel in the tank of the cycle he purchased, which is not illegal, but for using that fuel without a permit, which, under Article 8 of the present Order, is illegal. It is proposed to vary the provisions of Article 8 in the forthcoming amending Order.
