§ Mr. T. WilliamsMy attention has been drawn to a small number of cases where farmers have had difficulty in obtaining supplies of barbed wire. I understand from my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply that he is unaware of any general shortage, but I will continue to take up with him any specific cases of difficulty of which I am given particulars.
