§ 67. Mr. Lipsonasked the Minister of Supply if he will reconsider his decision to withdraw the subsidies on bus fares for 1,600 persons employed by the Gloucester Aircraft Company, in view of the fact that to do so will result in a substantial increase in the workers' cost of travel at a time when His Majesty's Government are anxious that wages and salaries should not be increased.
§ Mr. J. JonesNo. It is desirable that such wartime expedients should now be brought to an end.
