§ Mr. WoodburnI am informed that the district council's reason for refusing to grant a supply was that the existing water supply in the special district is not sufficient for the properties already there. The county council have agreed, however, that as soon as the work of augmenting the special district supply begins, with the delivery of piping now on order, a supply will be given for building purposes.
