Sadler Forster has been appointed full-time chairman, at £3,000 per annum, of North-Eastern Trading Estates, Limited, and Mr. E. Brunning, C.B.E., has been appointed part-time chairman, unpaid, of Wales and Monmouthshire Estates, Limited.
